<p>The tables in the document reflect the planned Aspect Developer Portal changes for June 2026.</p>

<p><strong>Feature Audience</strong> in the tables designates the availability for that feature:</p>
<ul>
  <li><strong>All Customers</strong>: All Aspect customers will receive the feature.</li>
  <li><strong>Selected Customers</strong>: Only specific customers are receiving the feature.</li>
  <li>Other designations: Specific component distribution for the feature.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Enablement Method</strong> in the tables describes the method by which the designated feature will be deployed:</p>
<ul>
  <li>In many cases, features are automatically delivered.</li>
  <li>In some cases, customers will engage with the Aspect account team to enable the feature in their Aspect platform.</li>
  <li>Documentation related to the feature, if available, is found in the <strong>Documentation</strong> column.</li>
  <li>In some limited cases, documentation may follow the feature release by as much as two weeks.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Note:</strong> This is a living document and subject to change. Customer features may be added or removed prior to official rollout.</p>

I'm hoping for some guidance <a class="text-interactive hover:text-interactive-hovered" data-id="0Ds3zBNJf6" data-type="mention">Nhollman</a>, <a class="text-interactive hover:text-interactive-hovered" data-id="8L2FT7HaT4" data-type="mention">Tumoyia Biggs</a>.  Our first deployment was set up and configured in 2008, on-prem.  When we left Aspect, I think we were on version 8.1.  In our previous RTA configuration, we were able to filter windows by site and staff group/skill.  In other words, the filtering in RTA allowed AND statements, just as it is allowed throughout the software.  In our current cloud deployment, RTA only allows OR statement filtering.  I'm told that AND statements are not available in RTA. When did this change?  Or, is there a setting or configuration change that will facilitate this functionality?   </p>]]></content:encoded>

The trial schedules created will then be added to a sequential shift bid to enable overtime booking.</p><p>I have templates that generate full schedules working fine and a template that generates overtime for single days fine.  When I move to generating overtime for a full week however the Template runs but does not generate any overtime slots.  I've tried a few variations including a Template for each day (Monday to Sunday) individually with not luck.  Does anyone have a working Template and Master Template for 30 overtime booking daily for a full week?</p>]]></content:encoded>
