We opted not to go to VIA, yet. I spoke to a current user on the system and to Aspect about redundancy and we did not feel like the software was at a state where it could be reliable enough for us to migrate. We decided to wait at least a year to allow them to make improvements and then we are hoping to revisit the migration.
