Migrating to VIA

We are about to start our migration from Aspect CallCenter to VIA.  It is hard to tell what we don't know, and more importantly, don't know to ask.  Can anyone provide suggestions or tips and tricks for the migration?  Thanks!

      Shannon - Can you tell us if there are any lessons learned from your cutover to VIA? Do your agents like it? Any thing different about VIA that you ended up being disappointed with?

        Also, how long did the cutover take? We have 3 datacenters and are able to move all agents to 1 while the transition is happening but our call volume is too high to have all agents on one during peak times.

      Hi Shannon, we recently moved to Aspect VIA from good old spreadsheet restoring and was wondering if you have any tips on manually changing agents shifts in VIA. I have created a 14 week rotating roster and have to make adjustments to shifts when there is vacation or sick leave.
