Q. Who can join the Group?

A. Eligibility for membership is limited to companies who use DAVOX/Concerto/Aspect products and services for their business communications needs or have signed contract(s) pending installation. ASUGA's focus is on the furthering the knowledge of our members. ASUGA is not a sales forum for member companies.

Q. Why should I join ASUGA?

A. We encourage every user of an Aspect Software product to join ASUGA to help us bring likeminded users together and to help share information and ideas between members.

Q. How can I get in touch with the Group?

A. You can call or e-mail individual Board Members directly from this web site, or send an email directly to info@asuga.com

Q. How often does the Board of Directors meet?

A. The Board of Directors meetings take place at least once, but normally twice per month. These are generally held via Conference call.

Q. How long is the Director's term?

A. Each Director is elected for a term of two years.

Q. What does membership cost?

A. The ASUGA User Group is totally Free!!  Therefore, there is no membership cost.
